Inspection And Maintenance Of Tractor
Inspection of single-axle traction seat
1. During the first-level maintenance, check the various parts of the traction seat, especially the wear of the traction pin, traction pin plate, semi-transverse shaft and other parts, and lubricate these parts; tighten the support seat bolts and replace the bolts if necessary; adjust the matching clearance between the lock hook and the traction pin by adjusting the screw and tightening the nut after adjustment.
2. When disassembling the traction seat for inspection, pay attention to check whether the traction seat itself has cracks and severe wear. If there are cracks or severe wear that cause the traction seat to be deformed or too thin, replace it with a new one; check the lock hole and use the traction pin for fit detection. If the wear exceeds the limit and causes a large fit clearance, it can be repaired by welding and processing to the required size, or the lock hook, lock block and wear-resistant ring can be replaced; check the fit clearance between the support and the body. If the fit is loose, replace the rubber elastic sleeve; check the locking mechanism. The hook and hook should be smooth and crisp, and the safety device should be stable and reliable. If there is any abnormality, check the hook tension spring and the number handle tension spring, and check the safety mechanism. If the spring elasticity is weakened, replace it with a new one. [3]
Inspection and maintenance of double-axle traction seat
In addition to completing the same items as the single-axle traction seat, the inspection and maintenance of the double-axle traction seat should also pay attention to the following points:
1. Check the integral transverse and longitudinal axes. If there is any deformation or severe wear, they should be welded to the required size, repaired or replaced with new parts to ensure that the traction seat can flexibly swing horizontally and vertically, and the matching clearance should meet the standards.
2. Check the lateral swing angle and the buffer devices on both sides. If the lateral swing angle is too large, adjust it through the wedge blocks on both sides. If the buffer spring or rubber block is aging, replace it with a new one.
